Game 6 vs Mission Viejo Cowboys White was a 46-0 victory for the undefeated Fountain Valley JAAF Clinic Jaguars. The Jaguar offense has scored 176 total points while the Jaguar defense has given up only 12 points this season. The Jaguars are 5-0-1 (still in great position to win our AFL Pacific Division).

This is arguably the best game that the clinic-level Jaguars have played this season both offensively and defensively. The 40-0 halftime score allowed the coaching staff to make liberal substitutions and try a few experimental plays.

The Jaguar defense did not allow a single point against the Cowboys (1-5). This is the Jaguar's fourth shutout this season (Panthers, Trojans, and Chiefs).

We allowed our third fewest defensive yards this season by only giving up 27 yards (Two best: -42 @ the Trojans and 15 vs. the Chiefs).

The Jaguars set a new team record with ten (10) sacks. A. J. Wukawitz and Aram Bitar led the team with two sacks each. Other players with one sack each were Jacob Gale, Travis McNaughton, Cody Roy, brothers Christian and Christopher Yerena, and one sack for Michael Sosa.

Our Defensive secondary got into the act too with two (2) pass interceptions by safety John Ward and one pass interception by LB Eric Ceja. Bryan Schutte showed his talents on special teams too with a kickoff-return fumble recovery.

The Jaguar offense rolled up over 300 yards for the second time this season. In fact, the Jaguars set a season-high team record with 328 yards of total offense this week against the Mission Viejo Cowboys.

For the first time this season the Jaguar offense managed two quarters with over 100 offensive yards (138 yards in the 1st and 2nd quarters).

The first quarter against the Cowboys unfolded identically the same way as last week's game at the Chiefs. The Jaguars opened with a TD run, recovered a kickoff fumble, scored a TD with a pass, had a QB sack and and threw a Jaguar interception. It isn't a full moon, but it is close to Halloween!

The Jaguars play a good (4-2) team at Irvine Chargers next Saturday. This is our last challenge before the AFL Atlantic League deciding game at the South Orange County Patriots (6-0) to be played at Dana Hills High School. Potential Jaguar offensive goals at Irvine: 3 quarters over 100 yards. Potential Jaguar defensive goals at Irvine: 2 quarters with negative yardage.
